Gun Ban Signs spotted in Lowcountry

Attention: Unlawful Gun Ban Signs Spotted In October, two instances of unlawful gun ban signs were spotted: one at the Beaufort County Recycle Convenience Center on Hilton Head Island, and another at Cypress Gardens in Moncks Corner. Taking Action We’re sending letters to each organization, pointing out that these signs are not in compliance with South Carolina Gun Laws. Legal References Our letters will include references to relevant South Carolina Gun Laws, urging the organizations to comply with state regulations. Encouraging Compliance We strongly encourage these organizations to remove the unlawful signs as soon as possible. We’ll keep you updated with follow-up messages as this situation progresses.
