South Carolina H3594, the South Carolina Constitutional Carry Bill that originated in the House passed the Senate with amendments, so it now heads BACK to the house for a concurrence vote. IT IS NOT ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE PROCESS YET AND IS NOT YET LAW! The current version of the bill with the amendments should be available at this link later this evening. Check the time & date stamp at the bottom of that page to see when it was last updated. If it's AFTER February 1, 2024 at 12:56 AM then that is the updated version.

Thank you! I love that graphic
So, it seems that the House rejected the amendments to the bill. Now where does it go? Back to the Senate Judiciary Committees for more debate?Thank you for keeping with this Sherra.
